Wheel spacers, any advice?

Hi

Just trying to find some spacers to widen the stance. ATM the wheels are quite far in from the arches

Can someone tell me how do they work? I'm not talking about the slide on ones. I am talking about the bolts on ones. I have seen some which you bolt on to the hub and then bolt the wheels onto the spacer.

But there are also ones which doesn't look like it has to holes to bolt onto the hud

like his one.

How will this fit on?

Also does it matter what bore size?

The other thing I don't understand is, some of the spacer have no recess holes for the nuts to sit in, how will the wheel fit over the nuts?
