how do i upload a photo?

Been trying to load a few fotos of myself up onto the extreme EP riders section but it only asks for a pic URL! Is there a facility where i can upload a photo directly onto the sites server?

try uploading them onto www.photobucket.com, u can choose what size u want to upload them, and all you have to do is just copy the IMG link and paste onto here when done
