Who's Running Denso 440's

I have 4 of these, are they plug and play or what else will i need to do to run them??

I've seen people only really use them and see the benifits of them when they run over 1.2bar on td04 or larger turbos, were the fuel pressure is needed to be upped even more from stock fuel pressure.
