AdamB Posted July 30, 2012 Posted July 30, 2012 There are 2 breathers on the E series cam cover as they have no direct crank breather. The PCV is only open when the engine is not boosting ( I think thats the right way round).The breather to the left of the cam cover generally goes to a catch can, some people just stick a filter on top and some link it to a catch can. It is possible to link both to a catch can. Quote

morgey Posted August 1, 2012 Posted August 1, 2012 If yoir only running one pipe to it then either to the floor or put a filter on it, altho if its got one on the top it id run the othe to the floor as it would look odd with a second filter on it lol Quote

I personally wouldn't remove it unless I was running a lot of power and had a race spec rocker cover. Also if you do run the Pcv valve to the wastegate remember to blank off where it goes to on the inlet manifold lol. Quote
