Max9650 Posted August 2, 2012 Share Posted August 2, 2012 Well basically i know my clutch needs to be replaced soon, i can pull away in 5th gear at 2k rpm and it doesnt even want to stall lol... but the other day i had 5 people in the car with a full boot, and the exhaust note of my car changed... it went really deep almost like a scooby...its not the first time its happened and my brother inlaw who was in the car, also noticed how loud the car was and deep...do you think its clutch realted? its really wierd as i got everyone out drove off and it was back to normal again Quote Link to post Share on other sites
micky boy Posted August 2, 2012 Share Posted August 2, 2012 (edited) Nah dont think its got out to do with you cluch it would slip if anything!!!At the end of the day they are only a 1.3 and haveing 5 people in the car or even just you in the car going up a big bank will change the tone of the engine!!!..They dont have bags of torque like a 2.0L would.
