I have got glanza engine loom , dash loom , ecu , clocks and indicator stalks. Is there anything else I need apart from the engine turbo kit etc . Is it possible to convert it without using the dash loom don't want to be cutting looms and splicing so what Is the easiest way ?? Thanks joe

Swap all looms out . Will have to splice your bootloom in if your not using glanza boot loom.

Will need exhaust too. And have to modify indicatot stalk bracket or cut yours off and weld on glanza bracket which is what ive done. Just buy a glanza wayyyy easier l

Why is the interior loom needed just Out of interest ?? I've got lots of spare stuff so

Won't be too much to convert so that's why I fancy doing it .

please just buy a glanza and put a starlet bodykit on it it will save so much agro

I agree. Just did mine and was a massive ballache. If it wasnt for my amazingly good engineer and mechanic of a dad i would of been fucked. Lol

But surely If you had the engine loom , dash and interior loom all complete it's pretty straight forward if you have someone with wiring knowledge with you !??

And buying a glanza is a lot more expensive haha

If you swap all the looms out it shouldnt be as bad. But you will run into problems like indicator bracket not fitting etc. Give yourself a big time scale to do it. I gave myself 2 weeks of evenings and weekends and that turned into almost 6 weeks.

That's the plan all I need now is an interior loom then il have all 3 . The stupid thing is my brother has just scrapped a glanza with full looms etc that would have been handy ! I'm hoping to do it in a week but Woking on it everyday

Will take longer than a week lol. Just Dont get in a state when you run into problems. Just walk away and think. I wish i bought a runaround in the meantime to stop pressure of getting it done lol.

I'm gona a get someoe clued up on looms to wiring it up for me then il Chang the engine . It seems so word you have p change every loom when there similar engines haha did you have full interior loom ??

I reckon it could be done in a few days if you had everything you need and know what your facing. The actual conversion isnt hard its just the things you come across along the way that hold you up.

Still wish i baught a glanza and had it and my car side by side to do the conversion.

I baught a gt and atripped it and baught glanza looms etc then never started theconversion till over a year later.

Yeah but spliced my boot loom and earthed fuel pump. As on glanza dash loom there is no earth for the fuel pump. I chopped plug off and matched wires. Did the same with roof loom.

Time I use the car everyday so can't not have it for a long time that's why I'm trying to find out everything I need and the problems people have faced it should then make it a little easier

Buy a runaround for the meantime if you rely on the car that much. I regret not buying a runaround.
