4EFE High Idol ..help? ( Video Inside)

As you can see the car sits at a very high idol.

I have cleaned out the throttle body and still the same problem... Anyone help?

throttle position sensor? my old n/a was stuck on 3k revs until we readjusted it (was on a 4efte tb) your n/a one might be fubar'd? either that or an earth are most common things
