Gear gaiter neck

Not sure what the name for this is, but on most cars there is usually a small circular type item which sits between the gear gaiter and gear knob to hold it up, but with my

Glanza there isn't anything.

Have recently ordered an alacantra GAiter to match my seats and a shifter extension so would like something that will finish it off?

Mine doesnt either, what about a cable tie above some insulation tape? Should provide a shoulder for it to sit on?
