Glanza Cooling Panel with 96 spec Bumper and Grill

Has anyone fitted one of these with this bumper and grill. Could you let me see/know how you fixed the cooling panel to the bumper where the grill clips to it and how u go it in.

I'm not planning on taking the whole bumper off. I've tried to fit the panel but it fouled the grill where both attach to the bumper. Can you give me a pic of how yours is done please?
