gearbox problem

hi, i think im in need of a new gear box but wanted a second opinion before i splash out on one, the problem is it locks the gear stick in 2nd and 3rd for a second or 2 before it allows me to change up/down gears also struggle to get it in to 2nd + 3rd, sometimes and when i put my clutch in when moving i can feel it slowing the car down (it has a paddle cluch fitted)

any help appreciated

I'm starting to get the sticky gears on mine too, but it's not all the time. Tends to be 2nd and 4th though.

I've got epic crunch going into 2nd gear on low speed up or down changes, but its fine if im abusing it! really doing my head in. never heard of sticky gears though :s

Mines started in first now I guess its time for a box oh well suppose I can change the clutch wilst I'm at it as I'm not a fan of the paddle clutch

i had trouble changing gears at first but that's because my clutch was totally fooked,

wasn't fully engaging to let me change gears

once replaced it now changes gear super smooth,if you have already done your clutch than its

probably you gearbox syncro with needs to be replace or get another healthy box

Yeah mine has the sticky gear change problem too, if i drive it normal its ok but if i boot it its like the box stiffens up, and it can be a struggle to get in and out of 1st and 2nd, bloody anoying, especially as i have just repaired the 5th Gear syncro too!

it must be a common thing with glanzas lol im just going to replace the box and do the clutch wilst im at it
