_{ok bit of an update had a look at fitting them today and came to the conclusion I need recaro rails as if I was to weld or nut/bolt the feet onto the escort recaro rails it would put the seat up pretty high from stock which I wasn't happy with, shame as I was looking forward to getting em in today}
