Help with GFB Respons Dump Valve Fitting?

I am waiting on a GFB Respons BOV and a front mount intercooler (think its a jperformance, second hand) coming the next week or 2 in the post and am not entirely sure how i will fit them

This type of BOV is both recirulating AND vent to atmosphere, it allows you to control the percentage of air recirculating or venting to atmosphere. See this video [media]http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ECkvx-YWgQI

Where will i hook up the pipe for recirculating? Im assuming with this intercooler i wont be able to keep my standard air filter so i will no doubt be relocating my air filter to in-front of my radiator. By doing this i would probably need to route a silicone hose to my new air intake and find a way of connecting it to that. would i be right?
