Browner
Hi guys I'm trying to track some parts I bought on here over a month ago. They were only coming from the UK to Ireland so should have been here ages ago.I have been given the tracking number but when I paste it into the Royal Mail tracking service, it says that you cannot track the parcel until it has been delivered? Is it just me or is that totally retarded? What is the point in that? Here's the link: http://track2.royalmail.com/portal/rm/trackresults?catId=22700601&pageId=trt_rmresultspage&keyname=track_blank&_requestid=128650My head is fried at this stage Edited February 8, 2013 by Browner
james@cjperformance
royal mail is shocking for anything outside of the uk, most couriers when sending to ireland only track up until it leaves the uk, i think the problem is you guys dont have postcodes and alot of houses dont even have numbers just names.we have had lots of stuff go missing being sent to ireland dude to poor tracking systems. best we have found so far is dhl, its a little more expensive but worth it as it tracks from start to fininsh
