rmsnoel Posted February 26, 2013 Posted February 26, 2013 (edited) U just need alittle more vacumm pipe for the map sensor. Use your standard throttle.bodyAttach the earth wire to the throttlebody as youll notice it doesnt fit on the corolla manifold. Use gasket seal as these manifolds dont seal great even with new gaskets. Glanza manifolds are only good from 5000rpm+... Corolla manifolds rule Edited February 28, 2013 by rmsnoel Quote

Im making an adapter to fit a 50mm throttlebody and it would save me removing mine If u offset your rubber piece it will reduce the slack in the cable caused by fitting a rolla manifold Quote

rmsnoel Posted February 27, 2013 Posted February 27, 2013 The metal plate that.holds the throttle body, I want to know if the big hole is 45mm or 43mm or 47mm. Yiu offset the bush,by cut away 1mm of rubber from ome side. Oil or wd40 on a hacksaw or bread knife does the job. Take a look at the photo on my build.thread to see what I mean Quote

Turbo Goose Posted March 4, 2013 Posted March 4, 2013 Does the idle drop after a while? I know mine starts at 2k for around 5 mins then drops to 1k. Maybe adjust the idle screw or I've heard some people speak of a sticky idle control valve? Quote
