AdamB Posted March 18, 2013 Share Posted March 18, 2013 (edited) You dont want to heat wrap it, you want reflective tape! Heat wrap is designed to contain heat within. Where as relfective tape will push heat away from the component which is ideal for cars with high under bonnet temps where this can affect the intake air charge temps. Jamie1st Posted March 19, 2013 Share Posted March 19, 2013 Check my build (not updated in ages),. but I've wrapped mine in heat wrap, not only does it keep heat in exhausts, but also stops heat transfering from the bay into the pipe Works both ways, not just to keep heat in, but keeps it out too!
