car smokes in morning and if left over 3 hrs

my sportif is smoking in mo9ring for about 5 mins them stops its, also happens if left for about 3hrs,, its white smoke sure ive seen tint of blue here and there,,, coolent levals dont drop oil still fresh,,, this moring rubbed my finger in back box and damp oil on my hand also smells like oil,, got a feeling prob valve stem seals,, how much to repair cuz dont want to try that my self,,,, any other ideas what it could be,

Sounds like valve stem oil seals. Take your manifold off for a look.

Mines paseo has been doing this the last 7 months or so. Need to you self something like a bga head set. That will have new valve stem seals and the gaskets. Then I suspect a garage would change around £200 for labour.

Valve stem oil seals lad. I did mine with the head still on but if Ive to do it again I would fit a 0.6mm head gasket and 4efte valve springs
