boosting24/7 Posted May 1, 2013 Share Posted May 1, 2013 Just fitted a new forged engine, went to start it now it willnt start,Done this below Got sparkGot fuelCleand the plugsCleand earths pointRefitted knock sensor with a different one form a running engineToke my jam ecu out, fitted my stock one back inAll the electrics are fine no breaks or broken wires Cleand the points in the dizzy cap, as they was corroded,It turns over lovely Dosent even try and fire, I've bridged the diagnostics useing e1 to te1 and the engine ligth just keeps flashing I cant get a code number as it dosent stop flashing, Any help would be great Thanks ben Quote Link to post Share on other sites
daniel_g Posted May 1, 2013 Share Posted May 1, 2013 Timed up correctly ? And ignition timing too, get someone to move the dizzy side to side whilst you crank it. Swap the MAP sensor and see if it makes a difference. Tried to do a compression test ? Quote Link to post Share on other sites
