Abit of a hunting idle

Right all you genuises!!!

I start my car... and It idles abit high

when it warms up idles around 1000 rpm but it goes low and abit high.. slightly!

Can hear small pops from the exhaust.. not pop as in flames just little "bub bub bub" LOL

Spark plugs?

Sounds normal to me mate that... I get that too and I have no problems ... My idle sits between 800rpm and 1000rpm but on a cold start it will idle at 1500rpm and drop as it gets warm.. I get casual pops out my exhaust especially when on warm idle ... Totally normal this mate..

I'd say 800 and then move up and down slightly.. Just done an oil filter and oil change and put in 10w40 castrol

Manual boost controllers are generally a bit pump, get rid and fit either a HKS actuator or an EBC

Mate I already have a hka acuator :S hmm

Get rid of the manual boost controller bud and just use the actuator, replied on your other thread how to adjust it.
