Rob H@RCH Engineering
Big thanks to Rick for sorting me out with these!! This is what you get in the kit 2x front Carbon flaps2x Rear Carbon flap2x front stainless steal mounting brackets2x Rear stainless steal mounting brackets 2x fixing packs with all the nuts bolts and screws you need1x Sticker kit I think these are by request. http://s87.photobucket.com/user/turbosr_2006/media/toylet/2c3e1d84-23cc-4746-9791-8d842efedf0d_zps3dcae401.jpg.html'> http://s87.photobucket.com/user/turbosr_2006/media/toylet/null_zps5e6c26e9.jpg.html'> http://s87.photobucket.com/user/turbosr_2006/media/toylet/004-1_zps148afb2b.jpg.html'> http://s87.photobucket.com/user/turbosr_2006/media/toylet/null_zpsb9c895eb.jpg.html'> This is genuine Carbon too!!! sandwiched in rubber or something similar so they are very flexible. http://s87.photobucket.com/user/turbosr_2006/media/toylet/007-1_zps8206c70f.jpg.html'> http://s87.photobucket.com/user/turbosr_2006/media/toylet/null_zpsea17f56c.jpg.html'> http://s87.photobucket.com/user/turbosr_2006/media/toylet/010-1_zpsf7513db9.jpg.html'>Ups thats my hellper Fitting is nice and easy for every one too!! The rear brackets use one of the original liner bolts and then the 4 self tappers that come with the kit. http://s87.photobucket.com/user/turbosr_2006/media/toylet/016_zps7d7633c4.jpg.html'> once you have them mounted hold to flap up to the bracket and mark them for the holes where you want them to go and then drill out the holes 6mm and bolt them up! I drilled one then used that as a guide to drill the second one so they end up exactly the same. http://s87.photobucket.com/user/turbosr_2006/media/toylet/017-1_zps1116f62a.jpg.html'> The fronts are all predrilled for ya so you just bolt the flaps to the bracket, take out the 2 arch liner bolts and bolt them on!! One thing I did have to do was cut the fronts down as they would have dragged on the floor at the length the come but this will depend on your ride height to what length you will need them. Out of the box http://s87.photobucket.com/user/turbosr_2006/media/toylet/015-1_zps8dcb014f.jpg.html'> Cut down. I only took 3/4 inc off them so there still pretty low so I may take some more off them yet. http://s87.photobucket.com/user/turbosr_2006/media/toylet/014-1_zps0294c4ea.jpg.html'> And the finished job!!! http://s87.photobucket.com/user/turbosr_2006/media/toylet/019-1_zps77018a0f.jpg.html'> http://s87.photobucket.com/user/turbosr_2006/media/toylet/022-1_zps2638fc81.jpg.html'> http://s87.photobucket.com/user/turbosr_2006/media/toylet/024-1_zps40b22d67.jpg.html'> They took me about 1 1/2 hours to fit and that was taking the rear wheels off too!! so all in all there a pissflap to fit!! Thanks again Rick!!
