forged engine slow reving, and willnt drive,

I've just fited a forged engine into my starlet I went to drive it today and it seem its slow reving, and willnt drive as it same like someing is stoping it, lv checked all wireing ect, I got it driveing along the flat and it wouldnt go over 5mph, its doing my nut in,

Any ideal will be great,

I've checked the cam timing, it seems ok, mite be ignition timeing, how do I check that mate,

Does it rev at idle? Unlikely BUT is your flywheel fucked?

Defo timing issue, does your oil pump gear notch mark line up and then the 4e dot looking through the cam gear and also the two dots on the rear of the cams ?

It idles fine and sound sweet, but when you rev it revs but is slow no missing or nothing its werid

Try setting up the TPS mate.

Done the 4e to dot through the hole, then to the 0 on bottom pully,
