Use a dremmel and in number 3 you will see there is a lump. Just grind that flat.



You can go along and open all 4 up a little and just give them a general clean while your at it.



As for the stud. Whats in the way?



Im assuming you have the hot pipe off the turbo?



Make sure u have a socket, extention, Universal Joint and a spanner and you should be able to get everything off.

Its fine mate jus whip it off. I had mine on without a gasket for ages it was sound. Either that or just cut a little one out of a cereal box its only a thin paper 1 anyway.

All done 14mm flexihead ratchet spanner and dead arm lol

Aye its a total cunt to get to with the turbo still attached to the manifold, i took the turbo off the mani then breaker bar and it was easy.

Really? Were you the same?



I thought it was a doddle it would be much more difficult to get the turbo off the mani still on the engine I thought.



I can get a turbo kit off in about 35 min.
