4efte head with 5efhe cams what shims can be used?HELP

hello i would like to find out what shims can be used on a 4efte head if im using 5efhe cams if i can use back the 4efte shims or do i have to buy brand new 5efhe shims and install it help would be greatly appreciated .

Shims will be the same but you would need to gap them using feeler gauges. If not within tolerance you would need to purchase new shims from toyota or raid a scrappy (any 4e or 5e) to get the correct gap.

4e and 5e shims are the same like morgey said u need to measure them up, toyota will just ask what size u need

i actually live Trinidad and Tobago in the Caribbean only have like 25 starlets for the most in our country and 1 glanza lol
