toyota turbo's

i was wondering if there is any toyota turbo that is a direct fitment for a ct9 as i have aquired a ct20 which i think is off a celica or mr2 but i think i need a manifold made up,

also it would be good to see some pics of anybody who is running a ct20 or other toyota turbo

can anyone shed some light on this ? i was told that there maybe an adaptor plate to fit the ct20 without having to get a new mani made up ?

the only other turbo aparf from the ct9 that will bolt up to your manifold is a ct12

in theory you should be able to put any turbo on (size depending - fitting in the engine bay) all you need is a manifold that will take it, and be able to get all the necessary intercooler piping to it. I have seen someone put a garret turbo off a truck on a supra.

Dont waste youre time with a ct12.Its pointless.

If you want a decent turbo that will mate straight up to youre manifold and downpipe, get youre ct9 hybrid by a decent company!

dependant of what model of ct12 you go for the increases in performance would be negligable,

they are good for hybriding though aswell as a ct9

hey buddy i seen what everyone has put on your post and i am all for more power but i would look at getting the ct9 hybrid but thats just me
