Tbh mate I'd take them mobile dynos with a pinch of salt. Not the most accurate dyno's by a long way. A corolla tsport with an intake and cat back made 240.6 which was up 50hp lol

Not saying its that far out but just be aware. If it is accurate then that's a good figure
