I've received 74.5mm pistons when I need 74mm can anyone help

Just get your block bored out mate. Its not that expensive

I've got a block al ready bored out to that 74.5 if you wanted to buy it

you will fined just having the block honed and putting in the 74mm pistons may cause a lot of piston slap you would be better off getting the block machined to the size pistons you have rather than changing the pistons. it will work out better in the end!
