  1. I definitely could come up with something but I would need the wheel to work from.
  2. Bit of an update! I eventually got round to having the bonnet and bumper repaired and painted after about 3 years we had to strip the bonnet right back as the last time it was painted it wasn’t even rubbed down first! I also repainted the intercooler and polished the headlights and the scoop got a fresh coat of lacquer too so they look better now
  3. There isn’t such a thing really, there all a custom fit job.
  4. My post on TGTT from 2011 http://www.toyotagtturbo.com/community/index.php?threads/robs-tutorial-on-how-to-change-clean-pollen-filter.85009/#post-969878

  13. I cant believe you've got a Ferrari flag next to a Metallica flag!! what the hell is that all about???
  14. well the heads back on , I’ve made up a new injector loom for the first set and a new loom for the coil packs as they where well passed there best! All built up with probably one of the last TRD head gaskets I was rather happy with how the pistons and everything was looking after 6 years (I think) And over 50k
  15. Cheers! The plate is for something I’ve been playing about with for a while more will be revealed when I’ve finished it
  16. Cheers! got a bit more done been playing around with something a bit different
  17. Got some more bits done! Made a new plate for the coil packs to mount on as someone seems to have stolen my last design , Ive made some nice spiked nuts and bolts too for the rocker cover and coils. The head is all built back up and the cruise cams shimmed to suite the fresh head! More updates to come soon!
  18. Cheers mate, they are something I have looked into but not sure the best way to go about it yet as for best results you need to actually move the ball joint down not just the bottom arm I can make the spacers no problem but how much of a difference that would make Im not sure!
  19. Anther thing that has changed is my workshop too! I have replaced the mill with a much bigger one! still not quite big enough to skim the head face tho but it will do most of it. I have also got a new small lathe for doing the smaller pieces on, I've got a new website http://www.rchengineering.co.uk/ a facebook page! https://www.facebook.com/rchengineering/ and hopefully soon a traders section on here offering one off parts and services!
  20. So out came a spare head! It got the same treatment as the last one a bit of a port and polish, I even made a tool for holding it in the vice so I could adjust it. This head had a very badly corroded exhaust port side so! I made a tilting table to go on the mill so I could skim it!
  21. Well this is what happend! I’d been out in the SR for probably the first time in 6 months or so all was good till I was 1/2 mile from home, I gave it a boot full nice pop between gears as it does the booom It started missing! I got it home and got the compression tester out! All was spot on apart from numer 3, number 3 was showing 0! For it to have 0 I was expecting the worst! So it sat for probably 3 months without being touched, anyway I eventually pulled the head off and found nothing! Everything looked as it should be except the carbon build up, so I stripped the head down and all I could
