Bilkok
hi all, im a bit of a newbie... I have just got a set of clear indicators for my starlet and i just tried fitting them to the car.Do you need to remove the headlights to get the indicators out? i have taken the only screw i can find that holds them on just iniside the engine bay but it seems really stuck like there are more screws holding it on. I dont want to pull it too hard incase i rip the wires out...thanks in advance for your help! Bilko
paul w
I take it you mean for an EP82?If so undo the screw and give the unit a whack with your hand on the sticky out bit toward sthe front of the car. It'll pop right out.

Ryno
can't see the pics bud! if it's an EP82....basicly once you've un-screwed it and un-plugged it, the only thing holding it in is a ball socket that should just pop straight out with a little force cup the indicator in your hand and push forward

shelly_star
welcome to UKSC Oh my goodness what have u done to the indicator?! mine on the EP91 was just unscrew and take out like Ryno says easy job.
Ryno
dunno how you've managed to dent and scratch that just pops out, see that little metal bit on the bottem right of pic DSC00097thats the ball bit thats holding the hole lot in and should just pop out!as you push forward, try giving it a wiggle like i said, cup the lense in your hand so you don't crack it!
