How low do things get before the need for a panhard rod?

Fitting a Glanza rear beam to my SR........now i've never seen one under the SR but can see what looks like a mounting point for one on the Glanza axle, did they come with panhard rods fitted as standard? and will there be somewhere for the other end on the SR chassis?

I fitted one quite early on,then that way when u do start lowering and setting ride heights etc and then get alignment done you will have the adjustment there with no probs

If you have a glanza or the ep91 shape then roll ure arches dude.i have and you gain alot of clearance.

Ive heard the paint gets damaged doing that? Am I not right in thinking the panhard rod brings the axel back inline?

My SR's dropped as low as it can be (Island roads are mental shit) on D2's without a panhard rod (SR drum rear beam set-up) but am wondering if the Glanza axle will need one? Recently spaced the rears by 25mm too so thinking i may get scrub without one?

Was gonna get the arches rolled....think the paint should be ok if done professionaly?

And i thought the panhard was to bring the rear inline too?

As i said if you roll arches the extra clearance is very helpful.prob an extra 13-14 mm each side.really worth doing.DONT USE A BASEBALL BAT TO ROLL ARCHES THOUGH.lol.soo many people think its fine but its not good

i would get one buddy, because as i said even if you dont need it now it it will good to have it on there.there not to bad price wise especially second hand.if your gonna go lower or wheel space,or already have done then do it.also get those arches rolled.

i got my panhard second hand for 60 quid i think. just needed a lick of paint
