just wondering how do you go about getting a glanza from ireland and making it legal/registering over here, how much ferries? mot? import charge, registration fee etc roughly the cost?

i dunno wherever them gumtree ads are from haha, belfast, county londonerry, county armagh etc im just wondering why there so cheap over there ? would it be worth bringing one over here or is it exspensive because i seen browners ad about paying ferry fees but then how do you go about registering it and plates and cost and everything

From NI when you send off the log book as far as I'm aware it automatically changes without a fee. Unsure on MOT.

Republic is the same as importing from Japan so you pay import tax etc

^ when we bring cars up from the south to NI it cost £55 , need to re-register it and get a new reg plate etc.. Your basically importing the car as its from another country. Its easy and cheaply done matey you will need a new m.o.t aswell buddy.

P.s addys way is way more simpler, just buy it from N.I, pay the ferry and hey presto, jobs a good en lol
