Car not starting?

Tried to start my starlet it started I switched it off.

Came back to the car 5 mins later and when I turn to ignition no engine managment light an it ain't starting.

Sounds like no fuel in car but I have loads of fuel.

What could it be I got work in a hour

Fuel pump, blocked fuel filter, flat battery, ignition lead come off, water got on plugs leads dizzy loom plug come off just have a good scout round engine bay

one of my 15 amp fuses in the engine bay had fused
