The solenoid IN is from a pressure source before the throttle body.

The solenoid OUTgoes to the top port on the wastegate.

Then just use the wastegate manufacture installation to sort the middle/bottom ports on the wastegate.

I only have a top and bottem port on my wastegate and where's the best pressure source from before the throttle body?

I have a turbo smart wastegate and here's there guide

Turn your controller around, check the sliding knob is slid over to 'wg' (wastegate, instead of actuator).

Top port to the OUT on the solenoid (the bit in your engine bay with nipples)

IN on the solenoid should goto a vac/boost source.

Bottom port of turbosmart to the nipple on the side of the turbo

Ok will

Give that a try and see what happens then
