Only just seen this as it was started when my web was off.

I really am gutted for you mate you must be proper pissed off. I would be if i was in your shoes. But my SR wasn't the minter i expected it to be as it wasn't as clean as the pictures that i saw made out. But as soon as i saw it i wanted it and i didn't care as long as it hadn't had a crash.

You Starlet/Glanza looks pretty nice in that picture. The glanza front end conversion can be expensive to do including painting it aswell. So you have saved a job there. Obviously as you said it needs a tidy up but instead of being down about it sort it out asap so you can be chuffed to bits about it again!!!!

You could also get him into trouble if you spoke to the police or a solicitor and claim money back but thats entirely your choice.

:( sorry to hear you bought the car bro i know of the guy who sold you this ! when he had a for sale sign on it for £3500 i laughed in his face :p

i belive he sold it to buy a s13 200 sx and my mate tells me its not insured as they wont toutch him. so lets all hope the little w%@ker gets whats coming to him :p

ps. get those shocks off asap mate as all he did was cut the springs ( very dangerouse )

jason :(

hello there,

well thanks for the info on the springs icon1.gif

i knew something wasnt rite with the rear as it was sqeeking like mad,to be honest with you i thought all the shocks were gone as hes lowered it on standard shocks, its been sat out side my house since i bought it,(insured taxed and moted of course)

i knew there was a bit of work to do on it,it just needs a lil time and effort and a lil more cash spent onit now and she will be mint:)

i drove 200 plus miles so unless the doors were hanging off and the engine was hanging out i was gonna buy it anyway,

its just a real shame that this car was abused bye this lil f&*%£+g tosspot,

id love to get my hands around his little neck but do you know what,he aint worth going to jail for,im glad i bought the car now, because once its right it will be sweet,

upon stripping the seats out for refurbing in an envolope was his license and a few letters from the bank, then in the ashtray were his house keys,

so any way too cut a long story short i rang him, biting my tongue the whole time trying not to blow my lid over the fone,i told him the clutch on the car needs renewing and i want him to pay for the clutch as he didnt mention the clutch to me,

he laffed as i guesed he would, until i told him he left his license and house keys in the car,icon4.gif

oh wat i would of give to see him smile drop wen he heard me.anyway he agreed to send me cash in the post in exchange for his possesions.which i thought was a very fair deal.

i payed alot less than the asking price for the car so i saved a few 100 quid soo for now until i get the cash for coilovers ive bought a full set of jamex 40mm shocks and springs £235

the clutch cost me £57 and £80 to be fitted.now drives lika bewtt

im in the middle of covering the door cards, the rear panels and a few bits of the dash in blue bright leather,to go with the steering wheel and gear gator.

i'll post up some pics of the finished project wen done and fitted back into the car.

cheers again mate icon4.gif

VTRick you do relise that this is a N/A with a glanza kit dont you, i thought 1500 for a N/A was rather expensive.

As the others have said please stay well clear of making it look like the one in the sig. And also can you please make the sig a bit smaller mate, it is HUGE!!!!!!!

:D i think this is more rather exspensive than mine like /£800 pounds odds more and 40.000 more miles.

i dont like the kit either, nice colour tho eh
