A huge difference in the way the engine revs and responds to the loud pedal. Looks like left over loctite....thanks for the helpful post Your welcome, now when people look at the pic they wont wonder what the mess is but rather find themselves enlightened to learn that it isnt anything sinister, its just some left over loctite and then buy your flywheel hopefully.
