Td04 conversion, help needed

I'm looking to do a td04 conversion, I've sourced a manifold and decat and a turbo. What else will I need and I've already heard that you need to rotate/flip the turbo? Any help will be great

i had a td04 adaptor made up as i wanted to retain the standard manifold.cost me £45 quid

I'll just need to source some intercooler piping as mines tiny or the ct9 I have.
