Headlights :-/

Had a bit of an issue since I purchased the car the headlights have always been shocking

It came with a hid kit so thought it could be that so spent a bit of money and replaced with the brightest kit I could find still no joy

So then figured standard bulbs yet no still can't see anything really is bothering me now can't even see a few feet in front of me

Any ideas. Before I send it to an auto electrician?

Are the lights dim always or what condition are the actual headlights in wack a few pics up.

It could be a earth prob so make sure they all clean. Also make sure the head lights are aligned propley as that also could effect how the beam of light is shown on the road
