fan runs all the time

Hello i have a ep95 with the 4efte engine and the cooling fan runs if i turn on the ignition.

i drive the car without air conditioning but i put in the senosr for it.but the fan doesnt stop.

please can anybody help me?

i have changed the fansenor but it doesnt help.

The fan runs through a relay, if the signal from the sensor is lost the fan turns on as an fail safe.

If the sensors ok, I would say a split wire is your problem

hmm okay but if i plug it off the fan stops.

If you unplug the sensor it stops?

Is this for the normal fan or aircon fan?

yes it stops if i unplug it.

so i put in a green and a white switch but the same problems.

i dont know whats going on but when ya unplug that sensor (fan sensor) with ignition on, the fan should come on, not go off.. have you the a/c connector bridged and what loom your using..??

glanza loom = nothing needs to be done once a/c is removed

GT loom = a/c connector has to be bridged to stop fan from running constant
