Ht lead problem?

Hi ive removed my ht leads today one by one to check the plugs. All ok however when i push the leads back in they clip to the plugs and push right in but the square rubber at the top lifts out of the rocker when driving.

Any idea how to make them stay in? Thanks

Tiny bit of silicon holds them down.
