andyllewellyn Posted December 12, 2013 Share Posted December 12, 2013 As title, have a decent sr and want some more power, the revs pretty much drop off at 5800, can i fit the glanza cam springs and get it revving to 7800 or more, it is pretty much the same engine so in theory should be possible, other option is drive this engine into the ground and replace with a 4age, 1.8 vvti(140-190-g6-6speed) or supercharging but might be a hand full without power steering.Has anyone tried charging these, the power steering can't be that much of an issue can it?, i have seen polo's with 200hp plus(mk3g40) without power steering, even my old golf gti mk2 had no ps, so to charge or rev, pls helpAndy Quote Link to post Share on other sites
