Taggy
I am seriously lacking a decent hifi system in my house and I might take the plunge and buy one, my PC speakers and sub just aint cutting the mustard. I have seen lots lately about this SONOS wireless system which you can link rooms with speakers. Is the sound quality any good, are they loud? The concept looks great just need to test one really, not the cheapest though i see either!
dazstarlet
They are very well respected in the hi-fi world as good gear. It isn't going to outperform a full on separates hi-fi system for sound quality, but as far as this new fangled wirelesss streaming malarkey goes you can't really better it for price / performance / ease of use. It gives you full system synergy, and that's good as it's all designed to work together and stops a lot of the hassle of mix and matching gear.
MARC MOSS
I have a full sonos system in my house we use sonos play3 in all of the bedrooms a sonos connect in my hifi room which drives my valve pre and power amp, a sonos amp in my kitchen which drives a set of tannoys and also my garden as well. The system is great the app for the phone rules and it's really easy to use. U get thousands of radio stations and everybody that comes over that downloads the app can use it as well. When u have a party everybody can automatically add to a list of tracks that get played from their own phones or what's in my library. It's not cheap but it's fucking great
