5e build costs help

So I'm hopefully getting a 5efhe and pistons rods and head stud kit to build the engine.

Need some help tho

1 roughly how much will it cost for the balancing of crank,flywheel,pistons and rods?

2 knotching the block cross honed and hatched cost?

And what else needs doing to a 5e?

I've tried the search and read various threads but not got all the answers needed. ATM I'm on a budget so need to outlaw rough costs of work needed

Balancing is anywhere betwern £200-£300 different places vary. Pauter rods don't need the block to be notched as far as I'm aware and getting cylinders bored and honed is usually about £30 a cylinder, but again varies depending on who does it.
