mikey4410 Posted January 5, 2014 Share Posted January 5, 2014 hey guys, been doing alot of research on fcds etc and found this cool bit of testing done I found on the tinter-web fuel cut is a voltage of 4.15v . the graph shows what the map sensor voltage is knocked down to at said settings given (5,7, and 9 are tested and shown here.... shows that on a starlet when u went to run a bar of boost that theres no need to go lower than setting 9. I remember reading that alot of people run it on setting 8 or even as low as 7. Now ideally you want the fcd on the closest setting to hitting fuel cut as possible to still be active safeguard for your engine.this graph shows that 9 is fine for a bar of boost.
