yaristurbo
I'm boring to 75mm on 5e, been looking around for blocks cracking and found nothing so far, heard a lot of people using 75mm vitara pistons so should be okBest this is to get the block ultrasounded there a tool that measures the block walls properly Other thing is most places stock 75mm pistons too so can't be proneThere is not much cc gain tho, mainly done if a 74.5 has scored the boreIs there a reason for the rebore? conorIRLgt
mainly going for the few extra cc's every little will help with the 4e hopefully

AdamB
Yeah shorty was on a 4E.I don't see the need to go 75mm personally, the slightly increased engine capacity and compression ratio isn't worth it. You have to factor in that if anything goes wrong your screwed as you can't buy next size up off the shelf. Exactly the reason why YT is having to go upto 75mm because the bore was ruined.
