EP91crazy
Right guys looking at buying a Hid kit for the glanza v and im just wondering how you fit them. I know how to wire them and thay. Only issue I see is the bulb its self inside the headlight it has like a projector glass thing. Does this need to be removed for the bulb to fit or do they just slot in and dont contact them.. I had this issue on my classic mini but I could remove the reflector and was wondering if its the same case? Any ideas or am I being stupid thanks also buying a kit for the fogs too Edited January 14, 2014 by EP91crazy
bucketep91
The just slide into the original hole for the bulbs mate. Glanza headlights dont have projectors
EP91crazy
Its not a projector lol its hard to describe it looks like its part of the headlight itself where the bulb goes into its like a cover around the bulb when I had a look. Il have another look tomorrow but pretty sure it had this and thought it may touch the hid bulb Edited January 14, 2014 by EP91crazy
TurboTobz
That changes the beam pattern to correct it for hids twist the cover onto the hid bulb then pop it in and fliick the metal clip over. Avoid making physical contact with the glass of the bulb too
