drop drivers side engine mount.


remove plastic cover.


take of cambelt, dont forgert to mark everything up for timing.


Undo the bolt that holds the crank puley on can be a pain to crack off though.


Small pulley puller makes life easier to remove the pulley.


take off oil pump


replace seal


re seal/fit oil pump


build everything back up.



the seal are only a few quid.



all being well its easily done in a couple of hours

I've had the Crankshaft pully off before and made sure I cleaned the thread up and the pulley so will be a piece of piss to remove. Its just the crankshaft sprocket itself that I'm concerned about in case I break any teeth off due to it being overtight
