Azz
drop drivers side engine mount.remove plastic cover.take of cambelt, dont forgert to mark everything up for timing.Undo the bolt that holds the crank puley on can be a pain to crack off though.Small pulley puller makes life easier to remove the pulley.take off oil pumpreplace sealre seal/fit oil pumpbuild everything back up. the seal are only a few quid. all being well its easily done in a couple of hours Edited January 31, 2014 by Azz
rmsnoel
Does the sump need resealed at the bottom of the oil pump as well?
jtaylor1990
Nice one thanks. I'll get a seal from ID works as they are cheap on there. I have a workshop so should make it easier. Think I'll polybush the mount whilst I'm there too.
jtaylor1990
I've had the Crankshaft pully off before and made sure I cleaned the thread up and the pulley so will be a piece of piss to remove. Its just the crankshaft sprocket itself that I'm concerned about in case I break any teeth off due to it being overtight Edited February 2, 2014 by jtaylor1990
