TD04 setup

Hi guys i been offered a TDO4 turbo setup kit the guy bought it from ZISCO how good is it as im new to this forum comes with manifold scramer pipe and downpipe all made from mild steel by looks of things oh and it has an oil feed line as well. want to fit all this to my stock EP91
