How do you remove the plastic pillars on front window?

Sorry for the probably stupid question, but how do you take the plastic pillars off, the ones between the front side windows and front window?

Trying the install a DAB aerial, figured i could probably hide it in that until it needs to come out near the top....

There's a clip at the top and it slides into dash, so get your fingers behind the top and you should be able to pop it off

Open the door your see it slides on, just tug it as above, takes 3 seconds!
