daveEP Posted February 16, 2014 Posted February 16, 2014 does any one have a spare map sensor plug with the wires? one ov the wires on mine has snapped right in at the plug and i have no way of re- joining it.. Quote
pockrockgtti Posted February 16, 2014 Posted February 16, 2014 You can take the pin out of the plug and solder a new wire on to it. Quote
daveEP Posted February 16, 2014 Author Posted February 16, 2014 klkl al get it off and have a look at it. and if i have no luck i will get back to u on the one u have abbott. cheers guys. Quote
pockrockgtti Posted February 17, 2014 Posted February 17, 2014 The pins are held in by a little tab. If you look at the plug from the front get a needle or a stiff peice of thin wire and just push it in just above the pin, still holding it in place push the pin out with needle and it just pop out the back. X2 had to do the same on the igniter and has worked fine for years Quote

Mk3 silver gt Posted February 18, 2014 Posted February 18, 2014 Na just a really thin flat head screwdriver that's what I used to push the little tab down then wire pulls out Quote
