  1. I obviously did! Lol. I've seen loads of people do it over the years. Glad to see you know better!
  2. U should really use a custom set of spigot rings to centre the discs, from the pics on your build thread on toyotagtturbo.com, u dont seem to have bothered. I dont advise this.

  4. Hi guys, as above im after the main oil pick up pipe, its important that its from a Glanza block, as it is different to the one from a gt turbo block. Please P.M
  5. i have a vague recollection of this, it was in a book, don't remember which one. The theory goes that its rarely an issue getting air into a turbocharged engine as the turbo is forcing it in. The trouble with a turbocharged lump is getting the gasses out of the cylinder after combustion, this is because of the resistance caused by having to spin the turbine of the turbocharger. In this book there was an ideal ratio between the inlet vs exhaust valve size. It would be good if someone could remember what book it was, its something I'm looking to try out in the near future.
  6. I would be inclined to try out the bonnet spacers, that might solve the issue.
  7. Ive never liked that ebc crap, i've always used Ferrodo ds2500 or mintex m1144
  8. I've nothing but good things about these particular guns, the company are based local to me. https://www.motamec.com/motamec-cordless-impact-wrench-18v-1-2-sq-drive-lithium-ion-430-ft-lb-588nm.html
  9. If you would order them from amayama.com they would be £160ish + shipping+ import duty, which would still be cheaper than the £370+vat you were quoted by the main stealers. Failing that you could always drill relief holes in those powerflex bushes, just to soften em up.
  10. Im doing away with the OEM baffle completely with mine. Then I'm gonna fit two baffle plates at each breather port. Similar to this: Nice little article here: http://mewagner.com/?p=1221
