Car is holding back when I go to accelerate :( HELP

hi, my car is holding back when i go to accelerate its sounds as if its miss-firing. only really when its under pressure like going up through boost or just hard accelerating. feels like the car has little power too... and ideas what this may be? thanks

Think I'm experiencing the same only noticeable in 3rd though as soon as you plan foot it kind of hesitates but engine note gets louder between 3-4k rpm and then climbs again after passing 4k! Hoping it's simple fix.

Ok I had a similar problem to this a while back. After changing the leads plugs dizy cap air temo sensor fuel filter injections vac lines ect ect. Well I had fitted a new lambda sensor a year before. This had gone faulty. I decided to give it another shot and changed the lambda and that sorted everything out. Start with rhe cheapest and work your way through it until all is well

nope not done a diagnostic! think I've fixed it, i changed the rotor arm and distributer cap and seems to be fine now:)
