Have you get a separate water temp gauge in your car? Not the one on the speedo cluster but a aftermarket one? It's for a temperature sensor to be fitted for a aftermarket gauge.

Water temp adapter. If you're running boost it's not required but it's best to have one, ideally hooked up to a gauge

It's so you can have an after market water temp gauge not needed if you don't want it

It's on my standard radiator hose but gonna have to replace hose as had issue with it touching new manifold so was wondering if needed to re use this or not

If you have a water temp gauge then yes if you don't then no you can drill and tap the thermostat housing if you want to get rid of that tough.

What would I need to drill and tap for? Will it not just be removed with old pipe?

Actually misread your reply there. If wanted a gauge I could just drill the housing. With u. Cheers

Cool mate hoping the upgraded one doesn't touch my manifold
